OPEN FESTIVAL WEEK 2011

Dear Member,

 

Our Open Festival Week takes place this year from Monday 11^th July to Saturday 16^th July inclusive.

 

The committee for this year in addition to the undersigned is:

 

The running format is attached and is in line with last year.

 

A key area that we have addressed for this year is the Thursday and Friday Corporate Days.

 

Following dialogue with members we have decided to cut the cost per team to €400 (down from €600).

 

We are also encouraging members and guests to share a team with one or three others as budgets allow.

 

Last year Gerry Quinn & his team secured an impressive twenty-five teams over the two days. This year we hope to double this with your support.

 

In addition to the running format we attach Entry Form for Thursday and Friday. It would assist us greatly if you could complete same and return to the office.
